ReplyDeleteMary, these last two pieces are so good to look at. They are uncompromising and brave but with a hint of mystery about them. I wonder what goes through your head as you are painting them. Really like them.

ReplyDeleteI'm not sure there's anything too deep and mysterious going thru my head when I paint. I just want to simplify a scene to bring focus to a few important elements, hopefully with a strong composition. Sometimes I come close to that.- Mary
